CENTERSTONE PROVIDES OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER SERVICES TO CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS AND ADULTS. OUR LICENSED CLINICIANS ARE EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELDS WHO WORK WITH EACH CLIENT TO CREATE SPECIALIZED CARE PLANS BEST DESIGNED FOR THE INDIVIDUAL. PROVIDED BY LICENSED MASTERS-LEVEL CLINICIANS, THESE SERVICES INCLUDED INDIVIDUAL, FAMILY, COUPLES OR GROUP COUNSELING, PRIMARILY PROVIDED IN A CLINIC SETTING. CENTERSTONE'S COUNSELING SERVICES CAN HELP WITH ADDICTION, ANGER MANAGEMENT, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, STRESS AND TRAUMA AND MANY OTHER CONCERNS.
