THE EXEMPT PURPOSE ACHIVEMENTS INCLUDE PAID TOURS OF THE CRAGFONT MANSION AND GROUNDS. FROM JULY 2020 THROUGH 2021, THE PAID ADMISSIONS WERE UP FROM PRIOR YEAR WITH THE PANDEMIC. TOUR AND MEMBERSHIP INCOME TOTALED $3,409. THE GROUNDS WERE RENTED OUT FOR WEDDINGS AND PHOTOGRAPHER SESSIONS. THAT INCOME WAS $16,167 AND WAS HIGHER BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC IN PRIOR YEAR. THIS LAND AND HOUSE DATES BACK TO THE LATE 1700'S. TOURS AND GIVEN TO ALL AGES INCLUDING SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS FROM SCHOOLS ALL AROUND SUMNER COUNTY TENNESSEE.
