SPONSORING PROGRAMS OF SERVICE TO KIDNEY PATIENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR SUCH AS: RENTAL AND MORTGAGE PAYMENTS, UTILITY PAYMENTS, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE, HEALTHY FOOD ASSISTANCE, MEDICAL ID TAGS, ESSENTIAL MEDICATION AND EQUIPMENT ASSISTANCE, NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT ASSISTANCE, AND PATIENT ENRICHMENT. KIDNEY PATIENTS FACE DAILY CHALLENGES, SO THIS SERVICE PROGRAM ALLOWS THEM TO ACCEPT TREATMENTS AND PROLONG THEIR LIVES.
CONDUCTING PROGRAMS FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC CONCERNING KIDNEY DISEASE WITH EFFORTS TO MATCH ANY AGE OR GROUP TYPE.
