THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A PERMANENT ARRANGEMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE GROUP INSURANCE PROGRAM OF THE NATIONAL GUARD ASSOCIATION OF TENNESSEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ITS MEMBERS.
THE ORGANIZATION PAYS INSURANCE PREMIUMS ON BEHALF OF MEMBERS WHO HAVE RETIRED FROM THE TENNESSEE NATIONAL GUARD AND WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA SET FORTH BY THE TRUST.
