CALIFORNIA HOUSING AND YOUTH SERVICES IS A PRIVATE NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES TO LOW, VERY LOW, AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES, INDIVIDUALS AND THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS.WE ASSIST IN EMPOWERING DISENFRANCHISED YOUTHS THAT ARE BECOMING EMANCIPATED BY THE STATE. THROUGH OUR MENTORING PROGRAM, OUR GOAL IS TO ASSIST THEM TO COMPLETE HIGH SCHOOL, PARTICIPATE IN JOB TRAINING, FIND HOUSING AND ENCOURAGE THEM TO ACQUIRE A HIGHER EDUCATION IN ADDITION TO ASSISTING THEM IN THE TRANSITION FROM THEIR CURRENT LIVING SITUATION TO INDEPENDENT LIVING. PROVIDE MENTORING PROGRAM TO ASSIST THEM IN COMPLETION OF HIGH SCHOOL, PARTICIPATION IN JOB TRAINING, FINDING HOUSING AND ENCOURAGING THEM TO ACQUIRE HIGHER EDUCATION.
