CONTINUED ADMINISTRATION OF THE 'MOST' SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM WHICH SCREENS EMPLOYEES FOR DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ON A ROUTINE AND RANDOM BASIS WHICH PROMOTES A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT. HELD TRAINING SESSIONS ON DRUG POLICIES. THESE SERVICES WERE USED BY APPROXIMATELY 11,000 INDIVIDUALS.


CODE OF EXCELLENCE (PRODUCTIVITY) PROGRAM: PROVIDED A FORUM FOR POSITIVE CONFLICT/ISSUE RESOLUTION BETWEEN OWNER, LABOR, AND CONTRACTORS. ENHANCING LABOR RELATIONS WITHIN THE UNIONIZED CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN NORTHWEST OHIO. FACILITATED OPEN DISCUSSION REGARDING JOBSITE SAFETY, WORKFORCE LEVELS, AND PRODUCTIVITY ISSUES. THESE SERVICES WERE USED BY APPROXIMATELY 11,000 INDIVIDUALS.


SAFETY PROGRAM: HELD TRAINING SESSIONS ON SAFETY PRACTICES FOR UNION AND CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES. CONTINUED WORK ON A SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECK PRE-SCREENING PROGRAM FOR EMPLOYEES WHICH WOULD ALLOW THE MANNING OF PETROCHEMICAL AND OTHER CRITICAL JOBSITES IN A HIGH RISK SECURITY ALERT SITUATION. THESE SERVICES WERE USED BY APPROXIMATELY 11,000 INDIVIDUALS.
