THE WELL'S ONE-TO-TWO YEAR RESIDENTIAL RECOVERY PROGRAM PROVIDES ALL HOUSING AND BASIC NECESSITIES UNTIL THE RESIDENT IS SELF-SUFFICIENT AND ECONOMICALLY INDEPENDENT. THE WELL'S RECOVERY PROGRAM HAS BEEN IN OPERATION SINCE 2016. THE FOUR-BED FACILITY HAS HAD TWENTY-THREE WOMEN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM, AND THE FACILITY IS CURRENTLY FULLY OCCUPIED. THE PROGRAM IS MANAGED BY AN IN-HOUSE CASE MANAGER WHO WORKS WITH EACH WOMAN TO DEVELOP INDIVIDUALIZED RECOVERY PLANS INCLUDING MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE, INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT DRUG/ALCOHOL REHABILITATION, ADDICTION RECOVERY SUPPORT, INDIVIDUAL THERAPY, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING, EDUCATION AND JOB TRAINING.
