KASC IS A NON PROFIT MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION SUPPORTING SCHOOL COUNCILS AS THEY WORK TO HELP STUDENTS SUCCEED. WE DEVELOP A WIDE RANGE OF WORKSHOPS, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTS, TOOLS AND INFORMATIONAL UPDATES ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS RELATED TO COUNCIL RESPONSIBILITY AND SCHOOL PROFICIENCY.

TRAINING - KASC OFFERS A WIDE VARIETY OF TRAINING SESSIONS FOR EDUCATORS, NEW AND EXPERIENCED SITE BASED DECISION MAKING COUNCIL MEMBERS, AND PARAEDUCATORS.
CONFERENCE - KASC HOSTS AN ANNUAL TRAINING CONFERENCE BRINGING TOGETHER TEACHERS, PARENTS, AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS FROM ACROSS THE STATE THAT FOCUSES ON WHAT IS WORKING IN KENTUCKY SCHOOLS. THE CONFERENCE WAS NOT HELD IN 2021 DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.
PRODUCTS - KASC DEVELOPS AN ARRAY OF PRODUCTS TO HELP SCHOOLS SEE WAYS TO WORK SMARTER AND/OR MORE EFFECTIVE. PRODUCTS CAN BE FOR DISTRICT-WIDE OR CLASSROOM USE.
