ST. CLAIRE HEALTHCARE (SCH) IS THE LARGEST EMPLOYER IN THE REGION WITH OVER 1,000 STAFF MEMBERS INCLUDING MORE THAN 100 MEDICAL PROVIDERS REPRESENTING 32 MEDICAL SPECIALTIES. IT INCLUDES THE LARGEST RURAL HOSPITAL IN NORTHEASTERN KENTUCKY WITH 159 BEDS, 7 PRIMARY CARE LOCATIONS, LOCATED WITHIN 5 COUNTIES, A MULTI-SPECIALTY MEDICAL PAVILION, AN OUTPATIENT CENTER, FEATURING URGENT CARE AND THERAPY SERVICES, HOMECARE SERVICES, AND OPERATES 3 RETAIL SERVICES INCLUDING FAMILY MEDICAL SUPPLY, PHARMACY, AND AESTHETICS. THE HOSPITAL IS AN ESTABLISHED TRAINING SITE FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE'S PHYSICIAN RESIDENCY PROGRAMS. CLAIRE HOMECARE IS A COMPREHENSIVE IN-HOME SERVICE SYSTEM COMPRISED OF HOME HEALTH, HOSPICE, AND HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. OUR COMMITTED STAFF INCLUDES NURSES, THERAPISTS AND AIDES WORKING AS A TEAM TO HELP MEET VIRTUALLY EVERY HOME CARE NEED. ST. CLAIRE HOMECARE IS MEDICARE-CERTIFIED AND LICENSED IN THE STATE OF KENTUCKY.
URGENT AND PRIMARY CARE: THE SCH URGENT CARE CENTER OFFERS WALK-IN CARE, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK. THE SERVICE OFFERS ON-SITE LAB AND RADIOLOGY SERVICES TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, AND MANAGE URGENT MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND MINOR INJURIES.SCH OFFERS A SYSTEM OF SEVEN PRIMARY CARE CLINICS THAT PROVIDE A FULL RANGE OF PREVENTATIVE AND THERAPEUTIC HEALTHCARE SERVICES, FROM NEWBORNS TO GERIATRICS, INCLUDING OBSTETRICAL SERVICES.
