PROVIDES A LANGUAGE ENRICHED PRESCHOOL PROGRAMMING FOR HEARING IMPAIRED, SPEECH/LANGUAGE DELAYED AND TYPICALLY DEVELOPING CHILDREN AGES 3-6.
