LAR HELD OVER 90 ONLINE AND IN PERSON EDUCATION COURSES THROUGHOUT 2021. THESE EDUCATION COURSES WERE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE LATEST INFORMATION TO OUR MEMBERS ON TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING SKILLS, AND REAL ESTATE TRENDS. FREQUENT MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS WERE ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND TO BRING IN SPEAKERS AND PRESENTATIONS OF INTEREST TO THE MEMBERSHIP.
THE LAKELAND ASSOCIATION'S PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS PROCESS PROVIDED A MEANS FOR THE PUBLIC AS WELL AS MEMBERS TO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST A MEMBER AND FOR MEMBERS TO SETTLE DISPUTES OVER COMMISSIONS WITHOUT RESORTING TO COURT ACTION.
