TO UPGRADE AND ELEVATE THE PRACTICE OF THE REAL ESTATE PROFESSION AND TO IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF THE REAL ESTATE ENTITY THROUGH THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION, MAINTENANCE OF HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT, FORMULATION AND PROMULGATION OF THE CODE OF ETHICS FOR MEMBERS AND THE PROTECTION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY AND ITS FREE TRANSFERABILITY.
