ALEUTIA AND ITS FISHERMEN WILL EFFECTIVELY HARVEST THE FINEST ALASKAN SEAFOOD AVAILABLE. ALEUTIA WILL WORK ON THE BEHALF OF ALL ITS MEMBERS TO FURTHER DEVELOP AND PROMOTE THE REGIONAL BRAND, ALEUTIA, TO FACILITATE EXTENSIVE MARKETING PROGRAMS FOR THE ALEUTIA BRAND AND FOR ALEUTIA MEMBERS. ALEUTIA WILL ALSO WORK TO PROMOTE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE COMMERCIAL FISHING INDUSTRY AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE ALASKA PENINSULA AND ALEUTIAN REGION WHICH WILL BENEFIT OUR FISHERMEN, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.

ALEUTIA IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED TO WORK WITH THE FISHERMEN OF THE ALEUTIANS EAST BOROUGH TO MARKET SEAFOOD CAUGHT WITHIN THE REGION. IN WORKING WITH THE FISHERMEN, LOCAL PROCESSORS, AND CUSTOMERS, ALEUTIA HAS DEVELOPED QUALITY STANDARDS FOR SEAFOOD HARVESTED IN THE REGION, HAS WORKED TO EDUCATE THE FISHERMEN IN HOW TO HANDLE THE SEAFOOD THEY HARVEST TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCT POSSIBLE, AND HAS DEVELOPED A HIGH END MARKET BRAND NAME FOR SEAFOOD, ALEUTIA.
