AT GOLDEN GATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND HERBERT CAMBRIDGE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, WE PROVIDE VOLUNTEERS TO TUTOR AND MENTOR CHILDREN. WE DONATE FUNDS FOR SUPPLIES FOR THE CLASSROOMS AND THE CHILDREN, AND EQUIPMENT TO THE TEACHERS.
EARLY LEARNING LITERACY MODEL: THE ELLM PROGRAM, FOCUSES ON ACTIVE LEARNING TO IMPROVE THE EARLY LITERACY OF YOUNG CHILDREN. ELLM-TRAINED CHRIST CHILD VOLUNTEERS WORK WITH CHILDREN IN MORE THAN 40 "HEAD START" CLASSROOMS IN COLLIER COUNTY.
AT HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF COLLIER COUNTY, WE PROVIDE BEDS AND BEDDING FOR NEEDY CHILDREN, ENSURING THAT NO CHILD IN A COLLIER COUNTY HABITAT HOME NEEDED TO SLEEP ON THE FLOOR. ALSO, IN CONJUNCTION WITH BOOKS FOR COLLIER KIDS, WE PROVIDE BOOKS FOR CHILDREN.
