PROVIDES TREATMENT PROVIDER INFORMATION AND REFERRAL SERVICE AND MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS ASSISTANCE TO APPROXIMATELY SEVEN TO TEN THOUSAND PERSONS PER YEAR.
