THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A VARIETY OF SUPPORT ACTIVITIES TO PEOPLE INFECTED WITH OR AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS IN THE BIG BEND REGION OF NORTHWEST FLORIDA, INCLUDING INFORMATION AND REFERRAL, COUNSELING, CASE MANAGEMENT, PATIENT CARE, HOUSING SUPPLEMENTS AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION SCREENING, TRAINING, PLACEMENT AND COORDINATION OF COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS ARE PROVIDED TO ASSIST IN THE DELIVERY OF THESE SERVICES. CARE POINT HEALTH & WELLNESS CENTER OPENED ITS DOORS IN DECEMBER 2017 TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE TO TALLAHASSEE AND THE EIGHT COUNTIES OF THE BIG BEND OF FLORIDA. SERVICES INCLUDE PRIMARY CARE, DENTAL, BASIC X-RAY, LABS, PHARMACY, AND MENTAL HEALTH.
