SUNNYSIDE FOUNDATION PROVIDES ASSISTANCE BASED ON DEMONSTRATED NEED FOR ACCESS INTO THE SUNNYSIDE VILLAGE INDEPENDENT AND ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY, ASSISTANCE WITH MONTHLY MAINTENANCE FEES, ACTIVITIES PROGRAMS AND FEES AND OTHER WELLNESS PROGRAMS. ASSISTANCE IS CONSIDERED ONLY AFTER BOARD AND/OR COMMITTEE REVIEW OF A DOCUMENTED FINANCIAL NEED AND SUBJECT TO THE CRITERIA OUTLINED IN INDIVIDUAL FUND POLICIES. ASSISTANCE WITH PERSONAL ISSUES RELATED TO FRAUD, IDENTITY THEFT AND INSURANCE, AMONG MANY OTHERS, IS ALSO PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS. SUNNYSIDE PROVIDES OVERSIGHT OF THE DISBURSEMENT OF PERSONAL ITEMS LEFT BY RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES UPON VACATING THEIR SUNNYSIDE HOME. THESE ITEMS ARE SHARED WITH THE SOCIAL SERVICES PROGRAMS IN THE BROADER SARASOTA COMMUNITY.
