THE ORGANIZATION FOSTERS AND PROMOTES THE ORGANIZED, WELL-PLANNED GROWTH OF THE WESTSHORE BUSINESS DISTRICT IN TAMPA, FLORIDA. THE ORGANIZATION BENEFITS MANY OF THE SMALL AND LARGE BUSINESSES IN THE AREA.


THE WESTSHORE ALLIANCE TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (TMO) WORKS TO IMPROVE MOBILITY AND BOLSTER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE WESTSHORE AREA BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT TOOLS. THESE TOOLS INCLUDE EDUCATING COMMUTERS AND EMPLOYERS ON THE AVAILABILITY AND USE OF ALTERNATIVE COMMUTE MODES AND IDENTIFYING/IMPLEMENTING SPECIFIC MOBILITY INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS.
