THE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE CONSISTENT PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES IN A CREATIVE, NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL ARTISTS FROM ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. THE BARN COMMITS ITSELF TO CONTINUING THE LITERARY HERITAGE THAT MONROE COUNTY OFFERS BY PRODUCING NEW WORKS, RETAINING A COMMITTED TALENT POOL FOR OUR COMMUNITY AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THEATRE ARTISTS OF ALL AGES, RACE, NATIONALITY AND SEXUAL ORIENTATION.
