IN A TYPICAL YEAR, THE GUILD MEETS 2 TIMES A YEAR WHERE MEMBERS ENGAGE IN OPEN EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION IN A PEER-BASED COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT. MEMBERS MAKE PRESENTATIONS ON A VARIETY OF TOPICS. ATTENDANCE HAS BEEN OVER 90% OF MEMBERSHIP IN A NORMAL YEAR. THE GUILD DID HAVE ATYPICAL FINANCIAL RESULTS THIS YEAR DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT IMPACT OF COVID-19. ADDITIONALLY, THE GUILD CHANGED ITS MEETINGS TO MONTHLY AND CHANGED FROM IN-PERSON TO VIRTUAL MEETINGS USING ZOOM.
