THE HOUSE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED FOR THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A CHAPTER HOUSE FOR THE ACTIVE CHAPTER OF CHI OMEGA FRATERNITY AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE CHATTANOOGA. THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THE HOUSE CORPORATION ARE AS FOLLOWS: (1) TO SERVE AS THE LEGAL ENTITY THAT OWNS THE CHAPTER HOUSE. (2) TO MANAGE, MAINTAIN, PROTECT, AND PRESERVE THE ASSETS. (3) TO HELP CREATE A SAFE AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE ACTIVE CHAPTER THAT SUPPORTS CHI OMEGA POLICIES AND RULES AND PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE MEMBERS TO GROW IN WAYS THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE VALUES OF CHI OMEGA FRATERNITY.
