THE FILING ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A FULL PROGRAM OF SERVICES FOR ADULTS, CHILDREN AND INFANTS ON DIALYSIS. AN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH IS UTILIZED IN SELECTING THE MODE OF DIALYSIS MOST SUITABLE FOR THE PATIENT. THE INTERDISCIPLINARY TEAM INCLUDES THE PHYSICIAN, NURSE, SOCIAL WORKER, DIETITIAN AND THE PATIENT. IN THE CURRENT YEAR, THE HEMODIALYSIS PROGRAM PROVIDED 61,853 IN-CENTER DIALYSIS TREATMENTS, AND THE PERITONEAL DIALYSIS PROGRAM PROVIDED 168 TRAINING SESSIONS AND 23,756 TREATMENTS.
