CFHC HAS 15 CLINICS SERVING A THREE COUNTY POPULATION IN POLK, HIGHLANDS, & HARDEE COUNTIES. WE PROVIDE PRIMARY AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES, LAB, & X-RAY. WE ARE STAFFED WITH MEDICAL DOCTORS, ARNP'S, NURSES, AND CLINICAL SUPPORT STAFF. WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 56,542 PATIENTS AND 177,134 VISIT COUNTS IN FISCAL YEAR ENDED JANUARY 31, 2024. CHARITY CARE PROVIDED WAS $3,600,000.
CFHC BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAM
CFHC PROVIDES FULL DENTAL SERVICES IN TEN OF OUR FIFTEEN CLINICS. THOSE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN ALL THREE COUNTIES WITH STAFF CONSISTING OF DENTISTS, HYGIENISTS, DENTAL ASSISTANTS, AND CLINICAL SUPPORT STAFF. SERVICES INCLUDE PREVENTATIVE AND RESTORATION SERVICES, DENTAL EXAMS, SCREENINGS FOR CHILDREN, CLEANINGS, FLUORIDE TREATMENTS, SEALANTS, FILLINGS, SIMPLE EXTRACTIONS, AND DENTURES. SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO APPROXIMATELY 32,756 PATIENTS. AND 73,300 VISIT COUNTS IN FISCAL YEAR ENDED IN JANUARY 31, 2024.
CFHC HAS FULL PHARMACY SERVICES IN TEN OF OUR CLINICS. OUR PHARMACISTS FILLED APPROXIMATELY 373,896 PRESCRIPTIONS FOR APPROXIMATELY 31,582 PATIENTS.
