CFHC HAS 14 CLINICS SERVING A THREE COUNTY POPULATION IN POLK, HIGHLANDS, & HARDEE COUNTIES. WE PROVIDE PRIMARY AND PREVENTATIVE SERVICES, DENTAL SERVICES, LAB, LAB X-RAY, OPTOMETRY, AND PHARMACY SERVICES. WE ARE STAFFED WITH MEDICAL DOCTORS, ARNP'S, NURSES, DENTISTS, DENTAL HYGIENISTS, PHARMACISTS, & CLINICAL SUPPORT STAFF FOR ALL AREAS. WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 46,104 PATIENTS IN 2021 AND EXPECT TO SEE THOSE NUMBERS INCREASE THIS YEAR. CHARITY CARE PROVIDED THAT YEAR WAS $6,120,000.
CFHC PROVIDES FULL DENTAL SERVICES IN TEN OF OUR FOURTEEN CLINICS. THOSE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED IN ALL THREE COUNTIES WITH STAFF CONSISTING OF DENTISTS, HYGIENISTS, DENTAL ASSISTANTS, AND CLINICAL SUPPORT STAFF. SERVICES INCLUDE PREVENTATIVE AND RESTORATION SERVICES, DENTAL EXAMS, SCREENINGS FOR CHILDREN, CLEANINGS, FLUORIDE TREATMENTS, SEALANTS, FILLINGS, SIMPLE EXTRACTIONS, AND DENTURES. SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO APPROXIMATELY 29,920 PATIENTS.
CFHC HAS FULL PHARMACY SERVICES IN NINE OF OUR CLINICS. TWO SITES HAVE RETAIL PHARMACY AND ONE LOCATION HAS A DISPENSARY. OUR PHARMACISTS FILLED APPROXIMATELY 253,767 PRESCRIPTIONS FOR APPROXIMATELY 20,000 PATIENTS.
