SUCCESSFULLY REPRESENT THE RETAIL INDUSTRY IN LEGISLATURE AND ITS REGULATORY PROCESSES FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA. SUCCESSFULLY WORK WITH THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION TO INTERVENE ON BEHALF OF THE RETAILERS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA WHEN POWER COMPANIES PROPOSE EXORBITANT RATE INCREASES, THEREFORE SAVING RETAILERS MONEY AND IMPROVING THEIR BOTTOM LINES.
PROVIDE RELEVANT INFORMATION TO THE FEDERATION'S MEMBERSHIP AND ALLOW OPPORTUNITIES FOR RETAILERS TO GATHER TOGETHER, RECOGNIZING OUTSTANDING RETAILERS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA.
