THE CLUB CONSISTED OF APPROXIMATELY 492 MEMBERS AS OF OCTOBER 31, 2021. FOOD, BEVERAGE AND OTHER ENTERTAINMENT ARE PROVIDED TO THE CLUB'S MEMBERS. THE CLUB MAINTAINS A CLUBHOUSE TO PROVIDE LUNCHEON AND DINNER SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS, AND BANQUETS AND PARTIES FOR ITS MEMBERS. THE CLUB MAINTAINS TWO OUTDOOR POOLS AND TENNIS RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR USE BY ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS. MEMBERS MAY PARTICIPATE IN SWIM MEETS AND OTHER TOURNAMENTS. THE CLUB'S OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE CAMP CARLOUEL, A SUMMER DAY PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN, MAINTENANCE OF CABANAS THAT MAY BE RENTED BY THE MEMBERS, PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS, TEMPORARY BOAT DOCKAGE, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS.
