SUPPORT THOUSANDS OF VETERANS BY ASSISTING LOCAL POSTS, PROVIDING DONATIONS FOR HOSPITAL & OTHER PROGRAMS, PUBLISHING THE SUN VET NEWSLETTER, COORDINATING ANNUAL CONVENTION, OPERATING THE VETERAN'S SERVICE OFFICE IN ST PETERSBURG AND PROVIDING REDUCED COST HOUSING AND MEALS TO VETERANS.
THE PICNIC AND GOLF TOURNAMENT SUPPORTS VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES BY PROVIDING A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND PROMOTING FELLOWSHIP AND INCREASNG THE ORGANIZATION'S VISABILITY IN THE COMMUNITY.
