SHARE THE FUTURE: TO FUND THE EXPANSION OF EXISTING BUSINESS ENTERPRISES IN BAY COUNTY. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE: THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE IS A PROGRAM DEDICATED TO CREATING NEW QUALITY JOBS WHICH INCREASE THE WEALTH IN THE COMMUNITY WHILE SUSTAINING AND GROWING THE EXISTING ECONOMIC BASE.
