BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - PARTICIPATION IN VARIOUS EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS IN AN EFFORT TO ATTRACT BUSINESSES TO LOCATE IN VOLUSIA COUNTY AND EXPAND THE EMPLOYMENT BASE. ALSO, TO PROVIDE TRAINING, EDUCATION AND OTHER RESOURCES TO AID START-UP AND EXISTING SMALL BUSINESSES IN VOLUSIA COUNTY.
