COMMUNITY ADVANCED PRACTICE NURSES, INC. IS A NON-PROFIT FREE CLINIC FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE LITTLE TO NO ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE IN METROPOLITAN ATLANTA. CAPN PROVIDES FREE-OF-CHARGE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO ATLANTA'S HOMELESS, UNINSURED, AND LOW INCOME POPULATION. THE CLINIC PLACES SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON SERVING WOMEN, CHILDREN AND YOUTH. CAPN OFFERS A BROAD RANGE OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES INCLUDING IMMUNIZATIONS, WELL- AND SICK- CARE, FAMILY PLANNING, PATIENT EDUCATION, FREE PRESCRIPTION AND OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS, CASE MANAGEMENT, ACUTE AMBULATORY CARE, REFERRALS, AND MENTAL HEALTH CARE.
