GAVE STUDENTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PERFORM PUBLICLY IN SCHOOL RECITALS. GAVE STUDENTS LOW-COST OPPORTUNITIES TO ATTEND CONCERTS PRODUCED BY MUSIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA.
