MONTGOMERY COUNTY PRIMARY CARE CORPORATION PROVIDES PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL SERVICES AND LIMITED SPECIALTY CARE SERVICES FROM ELEVEN COMMUNITY-BASED MEDICAL OFFICES AND ONE CONVENIENT CARE CLINIC LOCATED IN MOORE, MONTGOMERY, RICHMOND, AND HOKE COUNTIES IN NORTH CAROLINA. MEDICAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY PHYSICIANS, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS AND CERTIFIED NURSE PRACTITIONERS. DURING FY 2015, THE ORGANIZATION TRANSFERRED THE OPERATIONS AND ASSETS TO A RELATED 501(C)(3) FIRSTHEALTH OF THE CAROLINAS.
