NETWORK 8 WAS SUCCESSFUL IN MEETING OR EXCEEDING ALL NUMERIC QUALITY MEASURES THAT WERE UNDER THE ORGANIZATION'S PURVIEW. THESE INCLUDED QI ACTIVITIES, EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGNS, AND A SPECIAL POPULATION PROJECT THAT EXCEEDED THE CONTRACT GOAL FOR OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND FOR REDUCTION OF DISPARITIES BETWEEN THE DISPARATE AND NON-DISPARATE GROUPS.
