PROVIDE ACCESS AND EDUCATION EMPHASIZING ARTS AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS FOR THE PEOPLE OF NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS AND TO THE ART GALLERY & MUSEUM VISITORS WHILE ALSO PRESERVING THE RICH HISTORY AND CULTURE OF THE OZARK MOUNTAIN REGION-NORTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS.

THE BUILDING MAINTAINED BY THE ORGANIZATION HOUSES BOTH A MUSEUM CONTAINING ART COLLECTIBLES OF VERY LOW VALUE AND AN AUDITORIUM WITH STAGE SOUND SYSTEM AND SEATING. $117,146 WAS SPENT ON NEW ROOFING AND SOUND SYSTEM EQUIPMENT ALLOWING PATRONS VISITORS A BETTER EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE WHILE ATTENDING EVENTS AT THE ORGANIZATION. THE REMAINDER OF $17,951 IS INCLUDED IN PART IX LINE 25 SUMMATION.
