THOUGH SOFTBALL TRAINING FOR YOUNG WOMEN, SPSA PROVIDED INSTRUCTION AND TEAM BUILDING EXPERIENCE FOR 551 GIRLS, AGE 4-16 IN THE REC PROGRAM AND 160 FROM THE TRAVEL TEAMS. SPSA ALSO HOSTED AN ALL STARS TOURNAMENT FOR LOCAL REC TEAMS DRAWING 18 TEAMS (APP 216 GIRLS) SPSA MAINTAINS PARK FACILITIES AT SANDY PLAINS AND BELLS FERRY PARKS. PLAYERS FROM THE CURRENT 2014 POPE HIGH CHAMPION TEAM GOT THEIR START WITH SPSA.
