THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE THE TEACHING OF BUDDHIST PHILOSOPHY, THE BUDDHIST WAY OF LIFE AND TENET, AND THE UNDERSTANDING AND HARMONY AMONG DIFFERENT BRANCHES OF BUDDHIST COMMUNITIES THUS INCLUDE WELCOME NEW MEMBERS, PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MEMBERS TO LEARN DIFFERENT SCHOOLS OF BUDDHISM, ENCOURAGE MEMBERS TO ADVANCE THEIR STUDIES AND PRACTICE.
