ADVOCACY: ARKANSAS CHAPTER AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS (ARAAP) ENGAGES IN OUTREACH, ADVOCACY, AND LOBBYING WORK RELATED TO THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION, FOCUSING ON EFFORTS THAT IMPROVE CHILD HEALTH OR SUPPORT IMPROVED QUALITY, CAPACITY, AND IMPACT FOR PEDIATRIC PROVIDERS. THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS ADMINISTRATIVE ADVOCACY WITH STATE AGENCY PARTNERS, COALITION BUILDING WITH ORGANIZATIONS ALIGNED WITH THE ARAAP MISSION, DATA AND POLICY ANALYSIS, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION, AND LOBBYING AT THE STATE AND FEDERAL LEVEL.
