INPO CONDUCTS PERIODIC EVALUATIONS TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SAFETY AND RELIABILITY IN THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS. ALL EVALUATIONS ARE AS PERFORMANCE-ORIENTED AS PRACTICABLE AND ARE BASED ON PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES AND CRITERIA DEVELOPED BY INPO, WITH INDUSTRY REVIEW. INPO REVIEWS AND ANALYZES OPERATING EXPERIENCE AND EVENTS FROM BOTH DOMESTIC AND NON-U.S. NUCLEAR PLANTS. THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF NUCLEAR OPERATING EXPERIENCE AND TO APPLY THE LESSONS LEARNED ACROSS THE INDUSTRY.
