THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING AN 85-UNIT COMMUNITY LOCATED IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE KNOWN AS UNION AVENUE BAPTIST TOWERS, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING AND RELATED SERVICES FOR VERY LOW AND EXTREMELY LOW INCOME ELDERLY PERSONS. THE PROJECT WAS ORIGINALLY FINANCED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON JULY 31, 2008, THE ORIGINAL MORTGAGE WAS REPAID WITH PROCEEDS FROM A LOAN INSURED BY HUD UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.
