THE COOPERATIVE IS A RURAL TELEPHONE COOPERATIVE THAT QUALIFIES UNDER IRC SECTION 501(C)(12) THAT HAS AT LEAST 85% OF ITS GROSS INCOME CONSISTING OF AMOUNTS COLLECTED FROM MEMBERS FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF MEETING LOSSES AND EXPENSES.
