METHODS ARE USED TO EXPAND THE CELLS IN VITRO PROVIDING A VERSATILE SOURCE FOR TESTING DIFFERENCES IN SENSITIVITY TO ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAMINANTS AND THERAPEUTIC COMPOUNDS.
