THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF COASTAL SCHOOL MINISTRIES' CONTINUES TO BE TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS IN HORRY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN A DAILY ELECTIVE OR EXPLORATORY BIBLE CLASS UNDER THE RELEASED-TIME PROGRAM.
