THE PROMOTION OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS THROUGH OUR ANNUAL 10-K RACE AND EXPOSITIONS. THE 2021 COOPER BRIDGE RUN WAS SCHEDULED FOR MARCH 27, 2021, AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RESCHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 25, 2021 DUE TO COVID-19 CONCERNS. THE ORGANIZATION HAD ITS REGULARLY SCHEDULED RACE ON APRIL 2, 2022. ACCORDINGLY, THE ORGANIZATION HAS (2) RACES IN THE JUNE 30, 2022 FISCAL YEAR AND NO RACES IN THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021.
