RMSCA'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY OF ROPER MOUNTAIN SCIENCE CENTER. IN ADDITION TO TYPICAL PROGRAM SUPPORT, THIS YEAR INCLUDED CREATING THE RMSCA SUSTAINING FUND AS A QUASI-ENDOWMENT INVESTED WITH THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF GREENVILLE LAUNCHING DOING BIG THINGS ON A LITTLE MOUNTAIN CAPITAL CAMPAIGN FOR THE NEW ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES BUILDING AND OBTAINING PLEDGES OF JUST UNDER 3 MILLION, HOSTING THE UNVEILINGS OF THE WATER STORY EXHIBIT AND SUSTAINABLE FUTURE GALLERIES AS WELL AS A DONOR RECOGNITION & EXHIBIT GRAND OPENING FOR THE ESB.
