CLIENT COUNSELING - MEET WITH WOMEN WHO ARE EXPERIENCING AN UNPLANNED OR CRISIS PREGANCACY. 400 TO 500 CONTACTS PER YEAR WHERE SERVICES INCLUDE PREGNANCY TEST, PROVIDING MATERNITY AND BABY CLOTHING AND HEALTHCARE ITEMS. OFFER EDUCATIONAL COURSES ALSO.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH - MEET WITH CHURCHES, CIVIC GROUPS AND SCHOOLS TO PROMOTE OUR MISSION. CONTACTS WITH THESE GROUP AVERAGE 100-125 ANNUALLY. MEET WITH THESE AS WELL AS OTHER NON-PROFIT WITH SIMILAR MISSION, SO WE CAN REACH MORE WOMEN IN CRISIS.
BABY SHOWER PROGRAM - TWICE A YEAR WE HOST A COMMUNITY BABY SHOWER FOR OUR CLIENTS WHO ARE WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF BIRTH. SINCE THEY HAVE NO ONE TO GIVE THEM A SHOWER WE DO THIS TO PROVIDE ESSENTIALS FOR THEM AND THE BABIES. WE HAVE 90 MOTHERS PARTICIPATE IN THIS.
BABY PARENTING VIDEO PROGRAM - OFFER A SERIES OF 34 PARENTING VIDEOS TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS. THIS SERVICE IS TO PROMOTE PROPER PARENTING AFTER BIRTH. WE BEGAN THIS IN 2022 AND HAVE HAD 50 MOMS COMPLETE THE COURSE AT NO COST TO THEM.
