THE WINDHAM HOSPITAL FOUNDATION INC., DEVELOPS RELATIONSHIPS WITH INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO SECURE FINANCIAL AND IN-KIND SUPPORT FOR A VARIETY OF INITIATIVES AND ACTIVITIES OF WINDHAM COMMUNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (THE HOSPITAL). THROUGH GRANT WRITING, CULTIVATION AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS, DIRECT MAIL, AND FACE-TO-FACE CONVERSATIONS WITH POTENTIAL DONORS, THE FOUNDATION STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS MATCH DONOR INTERESTS WITH THE NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL AND THE COMMUNITY.
