THE ORGANIZATION HAS ENCOURAGED CONTINUED DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTS AND FOSTERS CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL AND RECCREATIONAL ACTIVITIES SUCH AS THE RIVERWALK ARTS FESTIVAL, THE DRAGONFLY GALLERY, AND YOUTH ARTS FESTIVAL.
