ACCESS EAST, INC., THROUGH STATE FUNDED PROGRAMS AND CONTRACTS WITH PREPAID HEALTH PLANS, PROVIDES THE COMPREHENSIVE COORDINATION OF HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO MEDICAID RECIPIENTS, UNINSURED RESIDENTS AND VULNERABLE POPULATION OF EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA ACROSS A 29 COUNTY REGION. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, ACCESS EAST, INC. ENROLLED AND SERVED OVER 77,000 MEDICAID RECIPIENTS. ACCESS EAST ALSO PROVIDES CARE MANAGEMENT AND OTHER SERVICES TO HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATIONS AND HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT COMPANIES IN THE REGION.
