MANAGE AND ADMINISTER THE ISBT 128 INFORMATION STANDARD AND MAINTAIN ALL DATABASES, REFERENCE TABLES, AND FACILITY LICENSES. THIS SERVICE WAS ACCESSED BY MORE THAN 5,000 HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS FROM AROUND THE WORLD.


INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY FOR IMPROVING PATIENT SAFETY THROUGH THE USE OF THE ISBT 128 INFORMATION STANDARD AND CONTRIBUTION TO THE INTERNATIONAL DIALOG ON TRANSFUSION AND TRANSPLANTATION. THIS ADVOCACY INVOLVES WORKING WITH GOVERNMENT, HEALTH AUTHORITIES, PROFESSIONAL BODIES AND NONGOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS. E.G. WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.
