THE NCAFP AND NCAFP FOUNDATION COOPERATED TO HOST ITS ANNUAL WINTER FAMILY PHYSICIANS WEEKEND MEETING, WHERE MEDICAL STUDENTS HAD OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET WITH RESIDENCY PROGRAMS AND LEARN ABOUT FAMILY MEDICINE AS A SPECIALTY WHILE ALSO BEING EXPOSED TO EDUCATIONAL AND HANDS-ON OPPORTUNITIES. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED MEDICAL STUDENTS TRAVEL ASSISTANCE TO ATTEND THIS CONFERENCE.
