AVS FESTIVAL: THE AVS FESTIVAL IS A BI-ANNUAL FOUR-DAY SIGNATURE EVENT CORE TO THE MISSION OF THE AMERICAN VIOLA SOCIETY. THE AVS FESTIVAL GATHERS VIOLISTS AND VIOLA ENTHUSIASTS FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD WITH THE GOAL TO FOSTER BONDS AMONG VIOLISTS, PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL GROWTH AND RECOGNITION AND SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND ARTISTIC PERFORMANCE BY PROVIDING PERFORMANCE, TEACHING, AND PRESENTATION OPPORTUNITIES.
